I see that you do your art in Paint. Why don't you try downloading freeware art programs such as GIMP, Opencanvas 1.1, or Paint.net? You'll actually have more tools to be creative and make your art compared to choppy Paint.

Meh personally, I would suggest GIMP since it pretty much has more features than the others.

No, it's an art program. [link] If you have windows, click on the link "download GIMP 2.6.6" with the description next to it "Installer for Windows 2000 and above" which will take you to another page and allow you to download it.

If you don't use Windows, like I said, scroll to the very bottom and click to computer model you use and follow the instructions.
